Job description

We are hiring an intern to support us in managing ongoing client relationships and strategic check-ins, onboarding new clients to ensure successful product adoption, and cultivating strong stakeholder relationships, while contributing to the development of client success resources. This role requires professional fluency in both English and Spanish and a proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset.

Your team

You will work closely with and report to Vanessa. You will join the Customer Success team and will also cooperate with Lina, Clara, and Mary. We are proud of the people we work with and excited to work in a company with a social mission. We hope you will be too!

Your internship

  • You will assist us in managing ongoing client relationships and and strategic check-ins by responding to inquiries, gathering feedback, and ensuring timely follow-up.

  • Following a comprehensive training, you will support us onboard and empower new clients, ensuring successful product adoption and implementation.

  • You will help us cultivate strong relationships with key client stakeholders, serving as their go-to-person for questions, and championing client feedback to internal teams.

  • You will contributing to the development of Client Success resources (e.g., guides, tutorials) and impact stories.

Your skills

  • A proactive and curious mindset, eager to master new concepts and tools quickly.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail, coupled with strong digital literacy.

  • A strong interest in stakeholder management and relationship building.

  • Natural collaborative spirit with a desire to partner cross-functionally (e.g., with Sales, Product, and Engineering).

  • Professional fluency in English and Spanish.

Extra awesome

  • Knowledge of the Arabic language is a plus!

  • Experience in career counseling topics is a plus

Job requirements

  • You are eligible to work in the Netherlands. We don’t support visa applications for applicants outside the EU.

  • You are currently enrolled as a student or graduated within the last 12 months.

  • You are able to commit to a six-month full-time (40 hour/week) internship.

Compensation, start-date & location

  • This is a paid internship. The monthly reimbursement will be 1.000 EUR.

  • You can do the internship by living in another city in the Netherlands and commuting to the office 1-2 days per week. SkillLab covers your train commuting expenses to Amsterdam.

  • We accept applications on rolling basis and we envision a start date in January-February 2026.

 Our selection procedure

  1. You apply for the role and we review your profile.

  2. We will invite you for a short screening call.

  3. We will invite you for a 60min interview if we find that you are a good fit. The interview will involve you preparing a short assignment.

  4. We will offer you the internship and discuss logistics, if we think that you are the ideal candidate for the role.
