Your team

You will work closely with and report to Felix who is our Director of Business Operations and Performance. He is managing the business operations team, working on prospecting strategy, bringing in new opportunities and managing the whole marketing-portfolio. There will also also be close collaboration with Clara (Customer Success Manager) and Simon (Partner).

You will join the Business team and will cooperate with our Business partners. You will attend bi-weekly team meetings and support our business strategy with your research.

Your internship

  • You will learn about marketing strategy in the field of employment services, and improve your skills in market analysis, data collection, writing etc.

  • You will analyse our marketing needs by conducting a thorough analysis using AI tools.

  • You will help us improve our marketing-effectiveness and implement your prioritized recommendations.

  • You will translate your findings into a marketing-plan which should be implemented company wide.

  • You will support us in strengthening our company brand by marketing-messaging to our key-audiences.

Your skills

  • You have a background in Marketing, International business management, and / or related field.

  • You have a demonstrated interest in AI-tools, data-driven marketing-planning, business strategy, and concrete execution.

  • You have been in involved in academic or extracurricular activities where you practiced and demonstrated your data collection, qualitative research and writing skills.

  • You are interested in employment policy and how employment services can improve people’s lives.

Extra awesome

  • Previous internship and / work experience in marketing, market research, business development, or related field.

  • Being fluent in AI tools will be a big advantage.

Job requirements

  • You have the right to work in the Netherlands.

  • You are currently enrolled as a student or graduated within the last 12 months.

  • You are able to commit to a six-month full-time (40 hour/week) internship.

Compensation, start-date & location

  • This is a paid internship. The monthly reimbursement will be 1.000 EUR.

  • You can do the internship by living in another city in the Netherlands and commuting to the office 1-2 days per week. SkillLab covers your train commuting expenses to Amsterdam.

  • We accept applications on rolling basis and we envision a start date in Jan - Feb 2026.

 Our selection procedure

  1. You apply for the role and we review your profile.

  2. We will invite you for a short screening call.

  3. We will invite you for a 60min interview if we find that you are a good fit. The interview will involve you preparing a short assignment.

  4. We will offer you the internship and discuss logistics, if we think that you are the ideal candidate for the role.
